guacamole .
1/2 avocado (161cal)
1/2 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs chopped onion or shallot
1/4 tsp salt
So halve the avocado, remove seed, scoop meat into a bowl. Mash with a fork. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Stick it in the fridge for awhile and serve cold.
This recipe makes one serving. It's super simple and quick to make.
