who doesn't love a good wing ?

tangy chicken wings ..

1 chicken thigh
3 chicken drumettes

Sauce :
1/4 cup ketchup
1 shallot
1/2 clove garlic
1/4 tsp paprika, cayenne pepper, oregano, chilli peppers
1/4 tbs worcheshire sauce
1/2 tbs lemon juice
1/2 tbs honey
1/2 tbs tabasco sauce

Defrost your chicken. Cut the shallot into tiny pieces, press the garlic.

Mix all the ingredients for the sauce together in a microwavable bowl, I used a measuring cup. Microwave for 1 minute and make sure it's mixed nicely.

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Cover each wing and thigh in sauce and place on a tin foil covered baking sheet or rack. Not too close to the side, you don't want the chicken skin to burn. Put on the center rack.

Cook for about 30-35 minutes, or until done. Skin should be slightly crispy.

I noticed some of the sauce doesn't really stay on the chicken and drips off while baking. So in case it doesn't taste as flavorful as it should. Double the amount of the ingredients for the sauce and set half of it aside. When you eat the chicken, you can dip it in the sauce as needed.

It was surprisingly good, I just kinda accidentally came across a recipe for something else and tweaked it a bit.

Happy eating !
